Come join us for a fundraiser workshop for Elsa's Acres at 11193 W Division Rd for a day filled with connection, mindfulness, and horses. This in-person event will allow you to experience the beauty of being in the moment with these magnificent creatures.

What to Expect:

Through various activities and exercises, you will learn how to connect with horses on a deeper level, practice mindfulness in their presence, and experience the joy of being fully present in the moment. Through a series of guided exercises, you will learn to recognize your mental and emotional states and practice grounding techniques to help achieve a relaxed and centered mindset. As you develop these skills, you will also learn how to extend this calm and balanced state of mind to your horse, fostering a deeper, more harmonious connection between you and your horse.
