Through reconnecting to nature, empowering others to confidently take steps towards real change all while having fun; this trailblazer has a passion for simplifying the complicated and nurturing students to find their way back to whole body health! In this workshop we start slow and simple, with this detox plan and allow you to work your way up to making powerful lifestyle changes at your pace, giving you the chance to start where you are.
